Mission & Purpose

The Quietly Working Creative Department is the creative engine of the Quietly Working Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. QWC empowers Missing Pixel students with real-world creative opportunities while serving supporters and QWF's internal needs.

Before QWF was a nonprofit, it was Quietly Working... an agency that spent 30 years showing up for organizations of every size. Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, Mom & Pop shops... the kind of clients who told us, "You care more about my business than I did."

Every process refined. Every mistake survived. Every lesson learned. That's what powers QWC today.

Our mission is to leverage our decades of experience to empower Missing Pixel students with valuable real-world opportunities that build their talent, confidence, and portfolios, while simultaneously supporting QWF's internal creative and operational needs, and furthering the IYSR's mission to assist youth-serving organizations, ultimately driving toward our 10-year goal of achieving 100% financial sustainability through incoming creative work.

Guiding Principle: 30+ years of mistakes survived, turned into empowered wisdom, and focused on building an engine of hope, love, and opportunity for this world's most underserved young humans.

Every penny of proceeds from QWC creative work supports QWF's nonprofit mission, and the work itself provides essential real-world training for Missing Pixel students.

Pricing & Discounts

QWC pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each project. We serve organizations of every size, from startups to established enterprises.

Youth-serving organizations connected through the IYSR partnership may be eligible for reduced rates.
